Our Home Help service is an absolute must if you own a PC, as it can help you with many tasks including: installing software, removing viruses and answering any computer related questions.

What you will need

• You'll need a broadband connections and a PC running Windows 2000™, Windows XP™ or Windows Vista™
• When you have a question or problem just call our helpdesk.
• Tell us what the problem is.
• If we need to take control of your PC, you can download a small programme by clicking the support image to the right.
• In minutes, we will be able to share control of your computer.
• Once the problem's solved, your we will disconnect from your PC and the software will un install itself from your computer.
• 90% of all PC problems can be solved this way.
• Problems normally resolved in under 30 minutes.

Terms and Conditions

Home Help includes the remote support service. It does not include home visits or the cost of repairing hardware failures.

• Home Help is only available to domestic home users and the computers that they own.

The service will comprise of:

• Access to our helpdesk for help and advice with hardware, software and operating system enquiries.
  
• A remote fix service which allows an engineer to remotely access your PC to determine the problem and either repair it or provide advice on what options are available to fix the issue.

This service is strictly available to domestic home users, the following cannot be supported:

• File servers, file server operating systems, domain and active directory based networks, file private network (VPN) and wide area networks
  
• The technical service has no usage limit but we do operate a fair usage policy. We may raise additional charges if we believe that services are being used for business purposes or because we believe that you are failing to take appropriate steps to maintain and safeguard your system.
